During a residency in Chicago&#8217;s flat Iron arts building, Wicker Park (1997 &#8211; 2002), was taken by complete surprise (and delight) given the news that a &#8220;Monster&#8221; ephemera store was opening its doors within our little community, which already harbored 2 tattoo parlors, poster shop, and an occult bookstore. What further course of fate that it should be located on the same floor and right down the hall from my not so humble studio.</p><p>To be continued&#8230;</p>						</div>
